Joint Press Release Regarding Settlement of David London's Lawsuit

David London and the County of Chester, Pennsylvania jointly announce that the lawsuit filed by Mr. London alleging certain violations of state and federal law has settled. The suit arose while Mr. London worked for a third party that contracted with the County. While neither the County nor the third party contractor admits any wrongdoing or failure to comply with any applicable law, all parties to this lawsuit are pleased to have resolved the matter amicably.
