DiOrio & Sereni, LLP is a full-service law firm conveniently located adjacent to the Delaware County Courthouse in Media, Pennsylvania. In addition to our legal expertise, our attorneys are connected to the community, actively engaged in civic and governmental affairs.

Robert M. DiOrio is Solicitor for the Delaware County Board of Prison Inspectors, the Southeast Delco School District and Delaware County Service for the Aging (COSA). He also donates his services as Solicitor to the Deaf Hearing Communications Center and the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur. Bob previously served as Master in Support and Custody for the Delaware County Courts and was President of the Springfield Township Board of Commissioners for over six years.  Presently he is a director of the Pennsylvania State University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Council.

Mark A. Sereni is Solicitor for the Marple Newtown and Springfield School Districts. He also serves as Special Counsel to various other governmental agencies. Mark was the Past President of the Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Concord Republican Party Executive Committee and has served as Solicitor to both the Delaware County 160th Legislative District and the Aston Township Republican Party Executive Committees. He has also served in the Big Brothers, St. Joseph’s University and University of Pennsylvania Law School Mentoring programs.
